Adam Grupp brings two decades of experience leading and advising high-performance teams across some of the world’s most demanding technology environments. With a foundation built at Microsoft—where he led global product operations and planning for Bing—Adam went on to hold senior roles across product, strategy, and analytics in industries ranging from enterprise SaaS and e-commerce to AI, media, and healthcare.
He has served as a product leader, strategic advisor, and coach to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Product navigating inflection points: hypergrowth, reorgs, product pivots, M&A, and post-founder transitions. His expertise lies in helping deeply technical leaders evolve into enterprise-ready executives—those who can lead through ambiguity, scale culture with intention, and align teams behind vision and velocity.
In addition to his operating experience, Adam has taught software product management at the University of Washington and General Assembly, and has built executive development programs used by high-growth companies to upskill rising leaders. He holds a JD and MBA, bringing sharp business and legal acumen to complex leadership challenges.
As part of the CxO Coaching team, Adam is known for helping technical leaders increase their influence, elevate their communication, and build the trust required to lead at the executive level.
