Kyle Hogan

Background

As an Executive Coach with CxO Coaching, Kyle draws on three decades of senior executive experience to help leaders unlock their potential and build high-performing teams. An ICF-credentialed coach, he is passionate about developing leadership skills early in careers to prevent the costly effects of poor leadership—turnover, burnout, and underperformance. His holistic approach enables clients to succeed in all aspects of life while creating lasting value for their organizations.

Currently Chief Operating Officer of the Port of Corpus Christi—the largest export port in the United States and the third largest in the world—Kyle is responsible for ensuring the free movement of more than $113 billion in annual commerce while overseeing operations that handle nearly 200 million tons of cargo each year. Kyle’s career also includes commanding the Army’s only aviation remanufacturing facility and serving in the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, solving complex challenges in high-pressure environments worldwide.

He has delivered impactful leadership training for companies like Campbell Snacks and mentored small business CEOs through the SBA Thrive program, driving improved retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
